Your concepts are translated into manufacturable designs. Moldings, print orientation, type of plastics, throughput, and other expectations are established.
Printings or injections begin. Inline inspections and process flow become established. Product is examined and cleaned up of any burrs, stringing, or other imperfects. Curing, annealing, and washing are performed as well.
