OEMs & Product Teams
Iterate fast. Bridge to production.
Prototypes, engineering iterations and bridge production for product teams whose design is still moving — printed and molded in Brea, California.
What we make for product teams
From the first concept model to the parts that ship before production tooling is ready.
Looks-like models
Smooth, detailed models for design reviews and pitches.
SLA printingFunctional prototypes
Works-like parts in engineering plastics for real testing.
FDM or SLAFit & assembly checks
Check mating parts and assemblies before you cut tooling.
FDM or SLABridge production
Low-volume molded parts while production tooling is being built.
Injection moldingTest & assembly fixtures
Fixtures for assembly, testing and inspection.
FDM printingThreaded inserts
Metal threads installed in printed parts for repeated assembly.

Compare all materials →| Material | Process | Why product teams use it |
|---|---|---|
| Standard resin | SLA | Fine detail and smooth surfaces for looks-like models. |
| Tough resin | SLA | Impact-resistant for snap fits and functional tests. |
| Clear resin | SLA | See-through parts for windows, covers and visual checks. |
| PETG | FDM | Affordable and tough for quick functional iterations. |
| Carbon-fiber Nylon | FDM | Stiff, light parts for fixtures and structural tests. |
| ABS | Injection molding | A common production plastic for bridge runs. |
How a job runs
- 1
Upload your CAD
Use the instant quote for printed parts, or email files and quantities for molding.
- 2
Engineer review
We review every file and flag anything that will cause problems before we make it.
- 3
Parts in days
Printed parts typically ship in 3–5 days, molded parts in 7–15, so the next revision isn't waiting on the last.
Product team questions
How fast can we iterate?
Most printed prototypes ship in 3–5 days, so a design change can be in hand the following week.
When does molding make sense over printing?
When you need a larger quantity of identical parts, or the part has to be in the production plastic. Our printed resin molds keep tooling costs low for short runs, and we'll tell you where the crossover is for your part.
Can you help make the design manufacturable?
Yes. We review every file before we make it and flag anything that will cause problems. Our Design for Manufacturing guide covers the basics.
Do you work under NDA?
Yes. We're glad to sign your NDA before you send files.
