Who we are

Mithril Plastics is a custom manufacturing and 3D printing company in Brea, California. This policy explains what we collect through mithrilplastics.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone, company and project details when you use our contact or quote forms, plus any CAD or design files you upload.
• Information collected automatically: pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Apollo.io (website visitor tracking, which may identify the company associated with your network), and LinkedIn.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, follow up on business inquiries, improve our website, measure our advertising, and show our ads to past visitors on other sites (remarketing).

Your CAD and design files

We treat uploaded files as confidential. We keep them indefinitely so we can support reorders and revisions. We may share them with trusted vendors or subcontractors only as needed to complete your job. We're happy to sign an NDA, and you can ask us to delete your files at any time.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run the site and our business (such as Google, Apollo.io, LinkedIn and Webflow). We don't sell your personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under California law; you can opt out as described below.

Your choices

• Use the Privacy choices link at the bottom of any page to turn off analytics or advertising cookies.
• We honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.
• You can also manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser.

California residents

You may request to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and opt out of its sale or sharing. Email us with your request. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Retention and security

We keep business records as long as needed for our work and legal obligations, and CAD files as described above. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its effective date.
